This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product.
By ordering Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
●By placing a commission you are confirming that you are above the age of 18.
●You are also confirming that any funds you would provide for your commission is yours to use.
●Prices are subject to change based on demand.
●I reserve the right to deny any request whether it is due to artistic incompatibility, lack of slots, or any other reason.PAYMENT
●Currency is €/Euro and can be paid through PayPal or bank transfer.
●Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.PAYMENT PLANS
●Artist offers payment plans on ALL commission orders that total above 80€.
●If a payment plan is offered the artist will not hand over any work until payment has been made in full.
●If for any reason you find yourself unable to pay in a reasonable time PLEASE NOTIFY THE ARTIST. They will be willing to work with you on a timeline.PROCESS & DELIVERY
●The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 6 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work,ect.
●Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image.
●Note that there is no physical product.
REVISIONS
●You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
●A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
●If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.CANCELLATION POLICIES
●Cancellations will only be permitted if artist is unable to complete the request or if work has not been started yet. If work has been started a partial refund is possible depending on how much work was completed.
PAYMENTS
●On orders above 80€, the customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.
●Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
●Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
●Certain types of work such as YCH do not allow for a split payment. In such cases, customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.PRODUCT DELIVERY
●Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
●It is sole responsibility of Customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
●Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS
●Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
●Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small details.REFUND POLICY
●Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within 6 months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
●The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
●Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
●In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
●Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
●Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

●Due to the nature of Live2D illustrations , customer will not be eligible for any refunds if the design has been delivered.

●If the customer wish for me to edit the design , customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after purchase, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small details. Any major edits will be subject to a 10€ fee.REFUND POLICY
●Refunds are not available for design sales.
●The Seller is not responsible for refunds when a design is acquired through illegal purposes (I.E a design being stolen by a third party, and then sold to the customer). It is the customer's responsibility to be sure that the sale is legitimate.
●This means, that once the design is out of the seller's hand, it is no long the Seller's responsibility.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
●The Product received by Customer is commercial use covered. Any purposes of reselling it must be discused with Artist.
