TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing a commission you are confirming that you are above the age of 18.You are also confirming that any funds you would provide for your commission is yours to use.
Please be aware that by placing a commission you are also agreeing to the terms listed here.
Artist offers payment plans on ALL commission orders that total above $200.
If a payment plan is offered the artist will not hand over any work until payment has been made in full.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to pay in a reasonable time PLEASE NOTIFY THE ARTIST. They will be willing to work with you on a timeline.However, if artist goes weeks without hearing from you after work has been completed the artist may seek legal action in order to gain payment.The artist maintains rights to deny the request for a payment plan for any reason. It is a privilege out of the kindness of the artist NOT a right .All prices are listed in Euro. All payments will be handled through Paypal Invoicing.I reserve the right to deny any request whether it is due to artistic incompatibility, lack of slots, or any other reason.

PERSONAL USE ILLUSTRATIONPayment must be made in full before starting illustration.Illustrations created for the client are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any commercial use is prohibited. Any reproduction with intent to sell is prohibited.Client is not permitted to remove artist's signature or watermarks.Chargebacks are only permitted with permission from the seller.ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after the intial sketch has been approved and lineart has been started.Client will be notified and will have to approve all steps before artist moves onto the next phase. Client approving of the process means they're happy with the results. Alterations may incur a fee depending on time of request and complexity.Cancellations will only be accepted if work has not been started yet.

LIVE2D ILLUSTRATIONClient must pay a MINIMUM 20% deposit in order for commission slot to be held.Commercial usage fee is already included.Payment must be made in full in order to receive final folder.Artist will receive crediting in all social media platofrms in which model will be used in the form of a link back to the artist.Artist will not request royalties on any payments the client receives from using commissioned model.Client is given rights to merchandise, reproduce, and alter the model at will.In the event that the client decides to sell the design to another individual the client MUST notify the artist of the following:Their intent to sell, who the buyer is, and the buyer must be willing to sign to similar terms with the artist in order to purchase the model.Chargebacks are only permitted with permission from the seller. Refunds must be approved by the seller.Alterations may incur an additional charge depending on complexity and time of request. Price of fee will be determined based on complexity of alteration.Client must provide artist with a image reference of model details in order to obtain a deposit and to not incur a character design fee. If client does not have an image reference they will be required to also adhere to the "Character Design" section of the terms and services

CHARACTER DESIGNIn order to secure a character design slot the client must pay a $50 deposit before any work has begun.COMMERCIAL FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING. Artist MAY opt to exclude the commercial fee if also commissioning a model + rig from artist. Artist may also completely wave the character design fees if approved for a model and rig aswell. [This however is FULLY at artist disgression.]This deposit is to pay for the consultation in order to create the character. If the consultation is cancelled and no work has been rendered the client will receive a refund of their deposit. lf work has begun to be rendered and the client decides to not move forward with the commission the deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.Character design is a flat fee of $150 per character. The $50 deposit goes towards your final total of $150. The final $100 will be expected before delivery is sent.Once payment has been made in full client has full rights to the design in the form of manipulation, merchandising, reproduction, and alterations. Artist maintians creator rights and requires crediting in all social media platforms where the design will be usedCharacter design commission slots include a final reference image with a front and back illustration of the design. The front being fully shaded + back being flat colored. Any other details requested by the client in the reference sheet may incur an upcharge depending on complexity

CANCELLATION POLICIESCancellations for personal + commercial use illustrations will only be permitted if artist is unable to complete request or if work has not been started yet. If work has been started a partial refund is possible depending on how much work was completed.Cancellations for Live2D Models + Rigging : Any cancellation after the initial deposit has been paid will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the initial quote for the final piece.ANY REFUSAL TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BLACKLISTING FOR ANY AND ALL FUTURE COMMISSIONS AND POTENTIALLY LEGAL ACTION IN ORDER TO GAIN PAYMENT.Cancellation for character design will NOT result in a refund of the intial deposit. Additionally any design work the artist has completed will belong to the artist and not the client. The client does NOT maintain any rights over the design. Artist WILL post unpaid design works as adoptable designs for purchase from anyone willing to pay the unpaid fee.
